Maureen Meyer, MBA, GPC has been a grant writer for more than 15 years. For the last eleven years she has specialized in federal grants with an emphasis on rural areas, healthcare, education, technology, social services, and juvenile justice. Maureen started her grant writing career in a social service agency and has experience writing the gamut of grant proposals – from small family foundation requests to multi-million, multi-year Federal programs. She has raised more than 50 million dollars in grant funding for clients that include schools, local government, first responders, clinics and hospitals, and local, regional and national non-profits.
Maureen uses her diverse background to conduct extensive needs assessments, design effective programs, construct effective proposals, and create complex budgets that meet the needs of both funders and fundees. Besides grant writing, she also provides other writing services such as technical writing and case statements and non-profit advisement services.
